- I was once asked what made me unique - if there were 50 girls in a room that all looked exactly like me, how would I stand out? Not an easy question to answer. I think one thing that makes me who I am, though, is that I seem to know a little bit about a lot of things. I always love to learn, so usually have some sort of tidbit of information about a topic. I would dare you to test me, but chances are you'll choose the one thing that will stump me! I am a teacher, mainly because I love to share my passion for learning. Passion is such an important part of life.
I am very close with my family, and think spending time with them (extended family included) is important. I think of myself as a good friend too. I'd hope I could be there to help if ever a friend needed something.
- What I'm looking for
- I'm looking for someone who isn't limited with their "likes" and "dislikes". Myself, I have such ecclectic tastes! Depending on my mood, I can be equally happy watching a horror movie, a musical, a period drama, or a documentary. And that's just film!
I love an evening of board games with friends, and so it would be nice to share that with someone.
She'll be able to have a good conversation - and this will be driven by her curiosity about the world around us.
She'll be organised (I try, but it'd be good to have back-up!)
She'll be out - I understand it's a process, but I've gone through it, and am not willing to be a "secret". If you want me in your life, include me in your life.
And, she'll not be scared of settling down. I know you need to be friends first - but, isn't the point of dating to find someone you want to be with? I'm not scared of that - and, she should be ready for that commitment to - if things head in that direction.
Finally, she must be able to laugh at herself. I can't think of anything more attractive than a girl who knows how to "not sweat the small stuff".
